Victoria Veneziano

Victoria found the joy of movement as a little girl dancing, twirling, tumbling and cheering into adulthood.

A foot injury in college led her to expand her expectations from purely physical fitness into a lifestyle that supports mind, body, and soul through her work with an Ayurvedic coach.

Dazzled by the effects that came from integrating Pilates, Yoga, and breath work into her traditionally high intensity training, she began to experience a more peaceful, holistic practice - balancing her fire-filled nature.

Forever a student, she continued postgraduate study and earned her ontological and leadership coaching degree in 2016 through Accomplishment Coaching, San Diego. She has worked since coaching individuals, leading workshops, and creating programs to elevate leaders and their teams.

She is a certified group fitness instructor in reformer pilates and Barre3 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the International Yoga Alliance. As a mental health and eating disorder professional, she studied Health at Every Size and All Foods Fit philosophies and is a proud Body Positivity advocate. She continues to expand her practice and knowledge through attending regular retreats, workshops, and classes to continue to learn and grow.
