Intro to Meditation is for people with little to no meditation experience who want to learn more and maybe start a practice for the new year of settling the mind into stillness.
Intro to Yoga II with Ceri
Yoga II will also focus on the physical practice of yoga and is for people who came to Yoga I or are coming back to yoga after a long pause who want to work with specific questions or get modifications to make practice more easeful.
