Rachel Wolin

Rachel guides a strong, slow flow with an emphasis on anatomy, alignment, & accessibility.

Rachel Wolin is a 200 hour E-RYT and has been actively teaching in The East Bay since 2015. She strives to help practitioners establish balance between strength and mobility. She is known for her fluid sequencing, precise verbal cues, and grounded, yet powerful classes that invite practitioners to explore their edge and cultivate a meaningful dialogue with their body. Above all, Rachel is a student, a seeker–committed to her own evolution as a human being, and her own healing. She works to bring her own darkness into the light, and strives to support this in all.
