Jill Dowling
Jill has been practicing yoga for 20+ years.
By far she's learned and keeps learning the most from her students. She has taught in several different environments beyond traditional studios, from corporate retreats and within organizations, at spas and gyms, to volunteer teaching in an at-risk youth community. Her yoga classes provide full body focus, creative sequencing and breathwork at a moderate pace. The intention is to leave you feeling strong, present, and with peaceful energy. You can expect a similar experience in her Pilates classes with a stronger focus on building core strength. She also finds joy in curating a special vibe through her playlists and savasana aromatherapy.
