Maury is a dedicated yoga therapist, instructor and advocate for equitability, sustainability, and social justice.

With over twenty years of teaching experience, Maury blends spontaneity, humor, and compassion with thoughtful, anatomically informed instruction suitable for all ages and abilities. A multi-certified teacher, she has trained in Jivamukti Yoga, Yoga for Children and Early Childhood, Core-Strength Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha/Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, MERGE the Practice & Mobility (facial release) and Somatic Release techniques.
Having completed her 805-hour International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) Professional Certification through the Paramanand Yoga Institute in Indore, India, Maury now works with private clients and community programs, integrating traditional yogic wisdom with a modern understanding of social and emotional well-being. Her work emphasizes accessibility, empowerment, and the healing potential of embodied awareness.
