Monica Naranjo
Originally from Costa Rica, Monica began her movement journey surrounded by the natural rhythms of the jungle, where yoga became a grounding and intuitive practice.
After relocating to New York City four years ago, she completed two 200-hour teacher trainings in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Since then, she has expanded her expertise to include strength training and Pilates. Her teaching is rooted in empowerment, with a focus on helping students feel strong, capable, and deeply connected to their bodies.
