Tara McLaughlin

Tara McLaughlin (she/her) teaches a vinyasa based class with an emphasis on proper alignment and movement to breath while weaving mindfulness throughout the practice.

She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2014. Tara completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at YogaWorks in New York City and has been accredited E-RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance, having taught over 1,000 hours. Tara continued her education completing her Level 1 Children's Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Training, Mindful Schools Mindful Educator training, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki 1 Certification and a trauma sensitive training with the Art of Yoga Project.
