This 75-minute special class will cover the elements of a complete practice from meditation, pranayama, to heat-building asana, and an easeful wind down into a delicious savasana. In the belly of our asana practice, we will dive deep into the alignment of several key postures of a vinyasa practice.
Each pose will be broken down in a way that is designed to support every body through the most fundamental of poses (such as chaturanga) as well as more dynamic postures in a standing sequence (lunges, twists, and balancing postures). Come to learn and integrate a deeper understanding of functional anatomy within yoga postures. Leave feeling ease, clarity, and confidence in a sustainable practice to support a lifetime of returning to the mat.
