Using targeted pressure-point techniques, lacrosse balls, and long, supported stretches, you’ll gently unwind restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that influences how you move, feel, and breathe. Between releases, we’ll pause to sense the softness and subtle shifts in your body before integrating the work through accessible yoga poses.
