Partner yoga encourages communication, builds trust, and fosters connection through specific asanas (poses) and playful balances.
You will begin with a dynamic warm-up partner vinyasa flow, then have an opportunity to try out some partner balance poses with support and guidance from the instructor, and finish with a spacious partner cooldown and cozy savasana!
Stay afterwards for photo opportunities, treats, and a toast to your bestie!
