We’ll start class with a gentle slow flow to move tightness out of the body and mind. Having created more space, you’ll melt into your mat, supported by plentiful props. Then, we’ll begin our deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation practice. You’ll be guided to the border between wakefulness and sleep — a space where the body and mind can experience deep rejuvenation.
