Join singer, sound healer, and yoga teacher Sophia Mallie for a nourishing two-hour journey designed to support nervous system regulation through creativity, community, breath, sound, and deep rest.
In a world that often asks us to do more, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. We'll begin with a guided watercolor practice, allowing color and creativity to become a gentle pathway out of the thinking mind and into the present moment. No artistic experience is necessary, only a willingness to explore.
From there, we'll gather in a heart-centered song circle led by Sophia. Singing in community has been shown to support vagal tone, encourage emotional expression, and foster a sense of connection and belonging. Through simple songs, chants, and collective voice, we'll experience the healing power of sound and resonance together.
This experience will conclude with restorative yoga and an immersive sound bath. Supported by blankets, bolsters, and props, you'll be guided into restful postures that invite the body to release tension and shift from a state of stress and vigilance into one of repair and restoration. Crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound instruments will create a soothing soundscape that supports relaxation, nervous system balance, and deep inner stillness.
