Restorative yoga is designed to support the body and mind into deep states of integration and relaxation. As the nervous system unwinds, we will offer Reiki and acupressure for key points to support the movement of chi (life force energy). The ear is a map for the whole body, with the use of ear seeds, the energetic body is supported to do what it does best: repair and replenish.
