This is an opportunity to join Melissa for a gentle, creativity awakening workshop designed to reconnect with your inner voice.

Through guided meditation and intentional writing exercises, you will explore the subtle wisdom of the body, soften mental noise, and invite your imagination forward. Each month she offers a guiding theme, this month being the idea of “goals vs. intentions” - instead of being overly focused on an end result, can you offer yourself ways to fully arrive here, right now. Look inward, and act from a place of true desire.

You can expect an evening of:

  • Grounding breathwork and meditation

  • Spacious prompts w/ quiet time to write and reflect

  • Writing tools that you can take with you to spark inspiration and reflection
