This workshop will invite you to slow down and reconnect with the subtle language of the body.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and meditation to settle the nervous system and bring awareness inward. From there, we’ll explore somatic movement practices designed to release held tension and support a deeper sense of embodiment.
The second half of the session will guide you into an extended, supported savasana, where a layered soundscape offers a spacious backdrop for rest and integration. This portion of the practice encourages you to stay attuned to internal sensations and the body’s natural rhythms as they unfold in stillness.
We’ll close our time together with a brief circle for reflection and integration.
