This 75-minute Yoga as Therapy workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and long-term self-care.
Unlike a standard group class, participants complete a brief pre-workshop questionnaire so the practices offered can be responsive to the needs of the group.
The workshop includes gentle pranayama, grounding mudras, therapeutic and restorative asana, and guided meditation. Participants will also receive a curated list of take-home practices they can use regularly to support stress management, anxiety, and overall balance beyond the studio.
This is appropriate for all levels. The intention is to give students practical, accessible tools they can continue using long-term.
